What this trial studies
This observational study aims to evaluate the current epidemiology, management, and clinical outcomes of patients with acute cardiovascular diseases admitted to the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU) at the University of Naples Federico II. It will collect demographic, clinical, procedural, therapeutic, and outcome data from patients who provide informed consent. The study will follow patients during their hospital stay and at subsequent follow-ups to assess clinical outcomes, which will be adjudicated by an independent committee. The data will be anonymized and managed using a secure electronic data capture system.
