It utilizes a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help patients manage their pain and improve their quality of life. The trial will gather data on the effectiveness of this intervention in reducing pain severity and interference, while also focusing on how to implement and disseminate the program in real-world settings. Participants will be recruited from multiple clinical centers and through community partnerships.
