What this trial studies
This observational study aims to identify demographic, clinical, laboratory, and radiological markers of disease severity and activity in patients with various conditions treated at internal medicine wards. It focuses on complex and fragile patients suffering from respiratory, cardiovascular, infectious, immunological diseases, and critical illnesses. The study seeks to improve diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment processes by optimizing management strategies tailored to specific diseases. By analyzing the coexistence of these conditions, the research aims to establish more effective diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms.
Who should consider this trial

Not a fit: Patients who refuse to participate or are enrolled in other interventional studies may not benefit from this research.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to improved management and treatment outcomes for patients with complex internal medicine conditions.
