The study employs a hybrid-type 1 implementation-effectiveness stepped wedge pilot trial design, which will evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions within secondary schools in Bogota. Prior to the trial, a needs assessment will be conducted to identify barriers and facilitators to implementation, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
