What this trial studies

This observational study aims to assess the implementation of the INSPIRE program, which focuses on managing respiratory diseases in Botucatu. Participants aged 18 and older with respiratory symptoms will be invited to provide socioeconomic data and undergo evaluations for pulmonary function and tobacco exposure. Those with significant tobacco exposure will receive low-dose chest CT screening for lung cancer. The study will follow participants over five years to monitor health outcomes and improve access to respiratory care.
