What this trial studies

This observational study focuses on the evaluation of patient characteristics, involved healthcare professionals, and therapies at the MZEB Aachen, a specialized center for individuals with intellectual disabilities and severe multiple disabilities. Since November 2018, the center has provided multidisciplinary care involving physicians, nurses, and various therapists to optimize healthcare for these patients. The study aims to gather data on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and patient progress to enhance the understanding and management of disabilities in this setting.

Inclusion Criteria:

* intellectual disability and/or severe multiple disability (disability degree GdB at least 70 and at least one noticeable sign
* willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria:

* housed in an Institution and/or prison
