What this trial studies

This pilot study aims to assess the feasibility and acceptability of a lifestyle behavior protocol designed to manage chronic migraine. Participants will be involved in either a lifestyle behavior protocol or a sham behavior protocol to evaluate outcomes related to chronic migraine. Additionally, the study will explore specific biomolecules in chronic migraine patients who respond positively to the intervention. The findings will help shape a future full-scale behavioral clinical trial targeting chronic migraine control.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults aged 18 years and older who have been experiencing chronic migraine for at least one year.

Not a fit: Patients with other headache disorders or those who are pregnant will not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria:

* have chronic migraine for a minimum of 1-year
* aged 18 years and older

Exclusion Criteria:

* other headache disorders including secondary headache disorders
* children younger than 18 years old
* current pregnancy
