Good fit: Ideal candidates are physically active women aged 18 to 25 with a normal BMI.
Not a fit: Patients who are on contraceptive pills, pregnant, or have irregular menstrual cycles may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could help women manage menstrual symptoms through tailored exercise regimens.
How similar studies have performed: While there is some existing research on exercise and menstrual health, this specific approach focusing on different menstrual phases is relatively novel.
