What this trial studies

This study investigates how aerobic exercise impacts women during different phases of their menstrual cycle. It focuses on physically active women aged 18 to 25 with a normal BMI, examining the relationship between exercise and menstrual symptoms. Participants will receive education on aerobic activities and engage in structured exercise sessions. The goal is to understand how exercise can influence menstrual health and overall well-being.

Good fit: Ideal candidates are physically active women aged 18 to 25 with a normal BMI.

Not a fit: Patients who are on contraceptive pills, pregnant, or have irregular menstrual cycles may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this study could help women manage menstrual symptoms through tailored exercise regimens.

How similar studies have performed: While there is some existing research on exercise and menstrual health, this specific approach focusing on different menstrual phases is relatively novel.
