What this trial studies

This research initiative aims to gather and preserve brain tumor tissue samples to enhance future studies on brain tumors. The Florida Center for Brain Tumor Research will create a central repository for these samples, along with associated clinical information, to support innovative treatment development and improve biomedical research in Florida. The collected samples will include leftover tissue from surgeries, cerebrospinal fluid, blood, and responses to Quality of Life questionnaires, all of which will be accessible to researchers. The overarching goal is to facilitate advancements in brain tumor treatments and cures.
