What this trial studies

The University of Central Florida CereBank aims to establish a brain biobank to support research focused on improving the diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This observational study will collect biospecimens from individuals who donate their brains after death, which will then be utilized for various research and educational purposes. The initiative addresses the lack of a dedicated brain biobank in Central Florida, facilitating critical research efforts by the university's faculty.
