What this trial studies

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a comprehensive wellness program designed to promote active longevity. The program includes motivational counseling, high-intensity training, intermittent fasting, hypoxic training, and strategies for improving sleep and mental well-being. It is a single-center, prospective, open-label study with a focus on maintaining health in older adults. Participants will be enrolled sequentially, and the outcomes will be assessed through blinded endpoint analysis.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are healthy men and women over 18 years old who are interested in active longevity and willing to engage in lifestyle interventions.

Not a fit: Patients with significant comorbidities, severe mental illness, or those who do not adhere to lifestyle changes may not benefit from this program.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this program could significantly enhance the quality of life and longevity for participants by promoting healthier lifestyle choices.

How similar studies have performed: While similar wellness programs have shown promise in promoting healthy aging, this specific approach is relatively novel and has not been extensively tested.
