The HIV-HEART Aging study is an ongoing observational study that investigates the incidence and clinical progression of cardiovascular diseases in patients living with HIV. * Age \> 18 years
* Known HIV-infection
* Signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria:

* Acute cardiovascular disease
* Unstable hemodynamic status in the three weeks before inclusion
* Pregnancy
