What this trial studies
This observational registry enrolls adults with chronic heart failure who receive care at Fondazione IRCCS Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia. Participants provide written informed consent and clinical data are collected prospectively during routine visits and scheduled follow-up. No experimental treatments are assigned as part of the registry, and participants may withdraw consent at any time. Collected data will be used to describe disease course, therapies, and outcomes in this patient population.
