What this trial studies

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive monitoring and nutritional interventions for pregnant women in Jakarta. Participants will receive enhanced prenatal care, including fetomaternal ultrasound examinations and detailed laboratory tests to assess nutritional status. The study will compare maternal and neonatal outcomes between those receiving these interventions and those receiving standard maternal health services. The goal is to determine if these interventions can reduce complications such as maternal death, preeclampsia, and neonatal issues.

Good fit: Ideal candidates are pregnant women in their first trimester living in the greater Jakarta area.

Not a fit: Patients with a history of certain chronic conditions or planning to deliver outside the Jakarta area may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters
