What this trial studies
This decentralized, remotely administered trial enrolls current green light therapy users to follow a twice-weekly 20-minute EmeraldLED protocol and tracks changes over time. Participants complete sessions from home while study staff collect remote body composition measurements and validated questionnaires for mood, energy, and overall wellbeing. The initiative is organized by Efforia, Inc with operational input from the beem® Light Sauna team to leverage their network and wellness expertise. The goal is to generate clearer, evidence-based data about whether ongoing green light exposure delivers measurable benefits for weight management and subjective wellbeing.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Adults in the United States who can read English, are already actively using green light therapy, and are willing to follow a twice-weekly 20-minute remote protocol are ideal candidates.
Not a fit: People with eye conditions or individuals who are not currently active with green light therapy are excluded and unlikely to benefit from participation.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, the regimen could offer a convenient, non-invasive way for current green light therapy users to better maintain or improve body composition, energy, and mood.
How similar studies have performed: Green light therapy for body composition is relatively novel with limited prior clinical evidence, so this approach remains largely exploratory.
