What this trial studies

This observational study collects and stores data related to various orthopaedic conditions and rehabilitation aspects of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. Patients visiting the University of Florida and Shands Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute will be informed about the data collection process and asked to participate. Informed consent will be obtained from those who agree to take part in the study, allowing for a comprehensive database of patient information to be established.
