Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with the clinical diagnosis of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease * Genetic diagnosis of patients with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease * Unrelated healthy controls Exclusion Criteria: * Decline to participate. * Other peripheral neuropathy caused by trauma, immunity and toxicosis.
