What this trial studies
This study focuses on the use of artificial intelligence to enhance the diagnosis and prognosis of breast phyllodes tumors, which are rare fibroepithelial tumors. By integrating clinical information, histopathological images, and multi-omics data, the AI system aims to provide accurate pathological diagnoses and predict patient outcomes. Given the high rates of local recurrence and potential for malignancy in these tumors, early and precise identification is crucial for improving patient survival rates. The study will observe patients diagnosed with phyllodes tumors and analyze the effectiveness of the AI-assisted diagnostic approach.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are patients diagnosed with a phyllodes tumor of the breast.
Not a fit: Patients with imaging artifacts or blurred images will not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to more accurate diagnoses and better prognostic predictions for patients with breast phyllodes tumors.
How similar studies have performed: Other studies have shown promising results in using AI for medical diagnostics, indicating potential success for this approach.
