What this trial studies
This study aims to develop and evaluate the ASSIST 2.0 reablement program, which provides tailored support to older adults receiving home care. The program focuses on enhancing their ability to perform daily activities, boosting self-efficacy, and improving overall quality of life compared to standard home care services. Participants will receive assistance from home care staff, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, along with online education to empower them in their daily routines.
