What this trial studies
This is an observational survey measuring exposure to mobbing (workplace bullying) and levels of job satisfaction among physiotherapists in Turkey. Participants must have a minimum four-year physiotherapy degree and currently work or have worked as a physiotherapist in Turkey, and they volunteer to complete a questionnaire. Data collection is handled through Kutahya Health Sciences University, and responses with missing data or incorrect answers to trap questions are excluded. The study compares reported mobbing experiences with job satisfaction scores to identify associations that could inform workplace policies.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal participants are physiotherapists in Turkey with a minimum four-year physiotherapy degree who are willing to complete the study questionnaire.
Not a fit: People who are not physiotherapists, physiotherapists outside Turkey, or respondents with incomplete or invalid questionnaires are unlikely to benefit from participating.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, the findings could help employers and policymakers reduce workplace bullying and improve job satisfaction and retention among physiotherapists.
How similar studies have performed: Previous survey-based studies have commonly found links between workplace bullying and lower job satisfaction, so this approach follows established research rather than being novel.
