Inclusion Criteria:

* Children with OSDB-symptoms referred to ENT-clinics
* Age between 18 months and 15 years old.
* Good knowledge of the Swedish language

Exclusion Criteria:

* Craniofacial abnormalities
* Mb Down
* neuromuscular disorders
* do not understand swedish
