What this trial studies

This observational study aims to estimate the economic costs associated with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) by evaluating its effects on quality of life and work productivity. It will include individuals with a clinical diagnosis of PCOS, those who self-diagnose, and individuals exhibiting symptoms of PCOS, alongside demographic-matched controls without the condition. The findings will help to quantify the indirect and intangible burdens of PCOS on affected individuals and their productivity. This study is a sub-study of The PCOS Challenge Study.
