What this trial studies
This study constructs a long-term follow-up cohort and management system for aortic dissection through a multicenter collaborative network. It includes both retrospective data collection from 2003-2022 and prospective enrollment of patients from 2022-2030. The aim is to investigate the clinical characteristics, progression patterns, and factors affecting the prognosis of patients with aortic dissection.

Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults aged 18-80 who meet the diagnostic criteria for aortic dissection.
Not a fit: Patients under 18 or over 80, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those unable to provide informed consent may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Age 18-80 years; * Meet diagnostic criteria for aortic dissection. Exclusion Criteria: * Age \<18 years or \>80 years; * Women who are pregnant and breastfeeding; * Patients and their families refuse or are unable to sign the informed consent form.
