What this trial studies
This observational registry collects both retrospective and prospective data from patients diagnosed with chronic heart failure (CHF) across various regions of the Russian Federation. The study aims to gather comprehensive information on CHF patients without intervening in their treatment methods. Data will be collected from outpatient and inpatient settings until the end of 2027, allowing for a thorough analysis of CHF progression and management. The registry will include patients of any stage and functional class of CHF, providing valuable insights into the condition.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this registry are individuals diagnosed with any stage or class of chronic heart failure.
Not a fit: Patients whose medical records cannot be obtained for analysis will not benefit from this registry.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this registry could enhance understanding of chronic heart failure management and improve patient outcomes through better data-driven strategies.
How similar studies have performed: While observational registries are common, this specific approach in the Russian context may provide novel insights into chronic heart failure management.
