What this trial studies
The Chinese PD-SNCA Registry aims to create a comprehensive database of patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease who have specific variants of the SNCA gene. This observational study will collect peripheral blood samples from participants to identify SNCA gene variants and assess their clinical manifestations using various standardized neurological scales and tests. Additionally, the study will analyze blood biomarkers associated with Parkinson's disease to better understand the condition's progression and characteristics in the Chinese population.

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients diagnosed with PD by the United Kingdom Parkinson's Disease Society Brain Bank clinical diagnostic criteria or other standard criteria; PD patients detected with positive SNCA variants Exclusion Criteria: \-
