Inclusion Criteria: * Clinical diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack(TIA) * Age \>18 years * Ethic approval in process * Receiving assessment in stroke "green channel" of Xuanwu Hospital Exclusion Criteria: * Non-acute ischemic stroke
