What this trial studies
This observational registry collects data on pediatric patients in China diagnosed with rheumatic and immunologic diseases. Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are children and adolescents aged 18 years or younger diagnosed with rheumatic and immunologic diseases in China.
Not a fit: Patients who do not have a diagnosed rheumatic or immunologic disease or those who are not treated in China may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Age \<= 18 years old * Diagnosed with rheumatic and immunologic diseases (including diffuse connective tissue diseases, arthritis, vasculitis, inborn errors of immunity) * Diagnosed and Treated in China Exclusion Criteria: * Disagreement of involving in this study by the patient or his/her family.
