This registry collects clinical data from patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD) who attend a specialized cardio-metabolic clinic at the Heart Hospital. Patients are examined by both cardiologists and diabetologists to optimize their metabolic and hemodynamic control. The registry aims to gather important health information that can inform future clinical research and improve patient care for this high-risk population. Data will be securely stored in a password-protected database.
