What this trial studies
The CARDIOBASE Bern PCI registry aims to collect clinical and procedural data from patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) at Bern University Hospital. This observational study will register all patients receiving PCI, with or without stent implantation, to evaluate their clinical outcomes at hospital discharge and one year later. Key outcomes assessed will include death, myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, and other complications. The data collected will help provide insights into the safety and effectiveness of PCI procedures.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this registry are adults over 18 years old who are undergoing PCI at Bern University Hospital.
Not a fit: Patients who are unable to provide informed consent will not benefit from this registry.
Why it matters
