What this trial studies
This project aims to address the high levels of sedentary behavior among medical students at the Lyon Est Faculty of Medicine by implementing an 11-week intervention program. The program includes pre-intervention assessments of physical activity and sedentary behavior, followed by individual sessions with a physical activity expert to promote healthier behaviors. The goal is to improve both subjective and objective measures of physical activity and reduce sedentary time among participants. The initiative is based on evidence linking physical activity to better mental health and cognitive performance in students.
