What this trial studies
This clinical trial evaluates a personalized self-care support program designed to empower patients with diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) through motivational interviewing and positive psychological skills. Participants will engage in three 30-minute face-to-face sessions over 3-6 weeks to enhance their self-care management and coping behaviors. The study aims to assess the program's acceptability and feasibility among patients and healthcare professionals, as well as measure improvements in self-care behaviors and clinical outcomes. Data will be collected through interviews and patient-reported outcome measures before and after the intervention.
