What this trial studies
This study explores the feasibility of using nature-based health interventions to support individuals experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and stress. It aims to address the growing mental health challenges faced by the Danish population by providing an alternative approach to traditional clinical treatments. Participants will engage in locally adapted interventions designed to improve their mental well-being and functionality. The study will assess the effectiveness of these interventions in enhancing the quality of life for individuals suffering from these conditions.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates include adults aged 18 and above who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or stress that affects their daily functioning.
Not a fit: Patients with serious psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, or those at risk of suicide may not benefit from this intervention.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this approach could offer a novel, non-pharmaceutical option for improving mental health in patients with mild to moderate symptoms.
How similar studies have performed: While nature-based interventions are gaining recognition, this specific approach is relatively novel and has not been extensively tested in similar studies.
