What this trial studies

NutriQuébec is a web-based prospective cohort study aimed at assessing the impact of the Québec Government's Health Prevention Policy on the eating habits of its population. Over the next three years, the study will recruit 20,000 adults from various segments of the population, including those with low socioeconomic status, through a multimedia campaign. Participants will complete nine core questionnaires annually on a secure online platform to provide insights into their dietary habits. The study seeks to quantify changes in eating behaviors and ultimately improve health outcomes in the province.
