What this trial studies
This clinical trial aims to explore the health and wellness benefits of listening to augmented music. Participants will complete pre- and post-surveys, listen to a brief music demo, and engage in a full 15-minute music session while their heart rate and saliva samples are collected. The study will investigate the relationship between autonomic reactivity and overall functioning, the immediate effects of music on calmness, and individual characteristics that may influence these effects. The research focuses on understanding physiological and emotional responses to music, particularly changes in oxytocin levels and heart rate variability.
