What this trial studies
This observational study involves a multi-center patient registry focused on individuals prescribed knee braces for symptomatic treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Participants will receive a study ID and complete questionnaires at the time of brace fitting and follow-ups at 4 weeks, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual assessments thereafter. The study aims to gather data on pain, function, medication use, and quality of life related to knee brace usage, without comparing different treatments or devices.

Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults over 18 years who have been prescribed a knee brace for symptomatic knee osteoarthritis.
Not a fit: Patients under 18 years or those unable to provide informed consent may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of knee braces in managing symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.
