What this trial studies
This study evaluates the feasibility and potential outcomes of an updated internet-based occupational therapy intervention designed to help individuals with chronic diseases improve their self-management in daily activities. The intervention, called 'Strategies Empowering Activities in Everyday Life' (SEE 2.0), aims to support patients in adapting to their health conditions and enhancing their engagement in everyday life. The study employs a longitudinal design with pre-test and post-test evaluations, utilizing both quantitative assessment tools and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data on the intervention's acceptability and implementation. Participants will include individuals diagnosed with or at risk of chronic diseases, who will engage with the program over time to assess its effectiveness.
