What this trial studies

This clinical trial evaluates the effectiveness of the +AGIL Barcelona program, which aims to improve physical abilities and delay disability in frail older adults. Participants will engage in up to 10 weekly group exercise sessions led by a physiotherapist, focusing on strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance, while also receiving guidance on healthy habits. The study will be conducted in three community health centers in Barcelona, utilizing a stepped-wedge cluster randomized trial design to assess the program's adaptability and effectiveness across different neighborhoods.

* Presenting with suggestive signs of frailty according to the Gérontopôle Frailty Screening Test (GFST).
