What this trial studies

This clinical study aims to investigate the prevalence and treatment of common congenital, infectious, and non-infectious diseases in children aged 0 to 15 years living in Uzbekistan. It will analyze the effectiveness of existing treatment methods and develop new rehabilitation strategies for respiratory diseases and congenital heart defects. The study will involve comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, laboratory tests, and consultations with various pediatric specialists. The ultimate goal is to enhance the health outcomes of frequently ill children through targeted interventions.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are children from birth to 15 years who frequently experience illnesses and do not have severe chronic diseases.

Not a fit: Patients over 15 years old or those with severe neurological, mental, or chronic somatic diseases will not benefit from this study.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to improved treatment protocols and rehabilitation strategies for children suffering from common somatic diseases.

How similar studies have performed: While there may be studies focusing on childhood diseases, this specific approach targeting common diseases in Uzbekistan is relatively novel and untested.
