What this trial studies

This clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Pressure Biofeedback Therapy combined with Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique in alleviating pain and disability among patients suffering from non-specific chronic low back pain. The study will involve 70 participants who will be randomly assigned to either the experimental group receiving both therapies or a control group receiving only the relaxation technique and thermotherapy. Data will be collected using pain rating scales and disability questionnaires before and after the 6-week intervention period, which consists of three 40-minute sessions each week. The trial will be conducted at the Dow Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Karachi.
