What this trial studies

This study aims to enhance the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program by integrating new materials focused on promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors among pregnant women and new mothers. The intervention will address key factors such as diet, physical activity, sleep, and smoking cessation to improve cardiovascular health outcomes for both mothers and their children. A pilot study will involve up to 40 participants to assess the feasibility and acceptability of these new materials and the overall study protocol.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are pregnant women or those who are less than 24 months postpartum, aged 18 years or older, and fluent in English or Spanish.

Not a fit: Patients who are under 18 years old will not be eligible for this study.
