What this trial studies

This study investigates how physical activity and motivational counseling can affect fertility and pregnancy outcomes among women trying to conceive. It aims to determine the relationship between physical activity levels and fecundability, spontaneous abortion rates, and other birth outcomes such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. The study will utilize activity trackers and motivational conversations to encourage women to maintain or increase their physical activity during the preconception period and early pregnancy. A web-based platform will be used for recruitment and data collection.

Not a fit: Patients who are using birth control, receiving fertility treatment, or have been trying to conceive for more than six months may not benefit from this study.

* Trying to conceive

* Using birth control
* Receiving fertility treatment
* Have been trying to conceive for more than six months
