What this trial studies
The County Council of Region Skåne has launched a program called Targeted Health Dialogues aimed at enhancing cardiovascular health among its population. This observational initiative involves specially trained personnel conducting health dialogues, alongside the collection of clinical and laboratory data, as well as detailed questionnaires regarding individual health behaviors. Currently, the program enrolls all 40-year-old residents, with plans to include those aged 50 and 60 in the near future. The collected data will be linked to national and regional health records to analyze health outcomes and risk factors effectively.
