What this trial studies
The International Weight Control Registry (IWCR) is a global observational study designed to gather insights into the experiences of individuals with weight management. It aims to identify both the opportunities and barriers faced by people in their weight loss journeys, including successful and unsuccessful attempts. Participants aged 18 and older are invited to share their personal experiences through online surveys, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of weight loss maintenance and obesity management.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are adults aged 18 and older who are considering weight loss, actively engaged in weight loss, or have previously attempted weight loss.
Not a fit: Patients who are minors or unable to provide informed consent online will not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * The IWCR is open to anyone 18 years or older who is considering weight loss, is actively engaged in weight loss, or has previously attempted weight loss (including successful and unsuccessful attempts) Exclusion Criteria: 1. Minors, below the age of 18 2. Adults who are not able to give informed consent online and complete online surveys
