What this trial studies
This multicenter observational study aims to analyze cases of undifferentiated round cell sarcomas by reviewing clinical and histological data from both retrospective and prospective sources. It will include cases diagnosed from January 1983 onward, as well as new cases at participating sites. The study will focus on collecting and analyzing formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue and/or frozen tumor samples to better understand this rare cancer type.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are patients diagnosed with undifferentiated round cell sarcomas who have available clinical and outcome information, as well as tumor tissue samples.
Not a fit: Patients with diagnoses other than undifferentiated round cell sarcomas or those lacking clinical and outcome information will not benefit from this study.

Potential benefit: If successful, this study could enhance the understanding and treatment options for patients with undifferentiated round cell sarcoma.
How similar studies have performed: While there may be limited data on similar studies, this approach of analyzing historical and new cases in collaboration across multiple centers is relatively novel.
Eligibility criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with undifferentiated round cell sarcomas treated from 01 January 1983 and all new patients will be included. * Clinical and outcome information available. * Histological slides/formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue tumor blocks from archive available to perform the histology analysis/frozen tissue representative of the tumor available. Exclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis different from undifferentiated round cell sarcomas * Patient with no clinical or outcome information available
