What this trial studies
This observational study recruits participants to gather sleep and activity data using digital activity trackers. Participants will complete surveys on their baseline health and sleep characteristics, along with bi-weekly assessments of sleep quality and mood. The goal is to analyze how sleep impacts both physical and mental health among a large population of activity tracker users.
