What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effects of a moderate-intensity exercise program conducted in a green-blue space in Italy on the health and wellbeing of healthy adults. Participants will be divided into an experimental group that engages in supervised exercise sessions twice a week for six months, and a control group that receives no intervention. The study aims to assess improvements in quality of life, physical performance, and various health parameters using validated tests and questionnaires at the beginning and end of the program. The findings are expected to provide evidence supporting the promotion of outdoor physical activities for public health.
