What this trial studies
This study aims to assess the effectiveness of a combined approach of pain neuroscience education and therapeutic exercise in reducing pain, catastrophizing, and improving the quality of life for women diagnosed with endometriosis. The research acknowledges the chronic and debilitating nature of endometriosis, which often leads to significant delays in diagnosis and treatment. By employing a multidisciplinary approach, the study seeks to provide insights into how these therapies can alter pain perception and enhance daily functioning for affected individuals.

Not a fit: Patients currently undergoing fertility treatments or who are pregnant may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to improved pain management strategies and enhanced quality of life for women suffering from endometriosis.
