What this trial studies
This study evaluates the impact of VitalPLANT and Helichrysum italicum infusions on various components of metabolic syndrome in adults. Participants will consume either VitalPLANT alone or a combination of VitalPLANT and Helichrysum italicum for one week, following a washout period.
