What this trial studies

This study aims to pilot test a virtual educational intervention called Forming Love around Autistic People to Prevent Suicide (FLAPS) for organization members who work with autistic individuals. Participants will engage in four virtual sessions led by trained facilitators, focusing on suicide risk and prevention strategies. The study will assess changes in participants' knowledge, skills, and actions related to suicide prevention through surveys administered before, after, and three months post-intervention, along with optional interviews for feedback. The goal is to enhance community support for autistic individuals at risk of suicide.
