What this trial studies
This study examines the impact of educational interventions using motivational interviewing techniques on diabetes self-management, health fatalism, and metabolic parameters in individuals with type 2 diabetes. Conducted in a health institution, participants will be randomly assigned to either an experimental group receiving 8 weeks of training or a control group with no intervention. Data will be collected through various scales and measurements before and after the intervention to assess changes in self-care behaviors and health beliefs. The study aims to enhance diabetes management through structured education and follow-up reminders.
